But tragedy struck on the day of her wedding as the marriage was unpopular with the anarchists. Flowers and a bomb was thrown at the newlyweds carriage and a hundred people were killed. While the new Queen’s white wedding dress was splattered with blood! Later on the tiara was passed down from monarch to monarch and is now in Queen Letizia’s possession.

This Napoleon Cut Steel Tiara was most probably Josephine’s. Now it belongs to the Swedish Royal Family.

Queen Mary’s Fringe Tiara

The Queen Mary Fringe Tiara is seen here worn by Princess Eugenie of Great Britain. It was previously worn by Queen Elizabeth who wore it on her wedding day to Prince Philip. When adjusting it on her royal head the tiara snapped! And lucky for Queen Elizabeth her royal jeweler was there just in time to repair it. She wore this tiara with her two rows of pearls necklace. A necklace that she always wore even on the last few days of her life she was seen wearing the two rows pearl necklace.

One of Queen Elizabeth’s most famous and popular tiaras. One that she wore on many occasions including to official portraits and seen on coins, and bank notes, British pounds. Now this tiara is seen worn by Queen Consort Camilla as seen here.

The Strathmore Diamond Rose tiara seen here on the Queen Mother and now Princess Kate Middleton. A tiara that was previously tucked away in the royal vaults and not seen for ages! Now recently debuted by Princess Catherine Middleton on the occasion of a formal banquet given to the Korean King and Queen 2023.
