The International Monetary Fund or IMF has issued guidance on decreasing the European debt burden by dropping the debt onto all of its citizens! And the way to do this is what China is doing or has started to do, which is bringing forth a digital currency that you will pay with either by scanning your forehead or by scanning the palm of your hand. You will own nothing and everything will be controlled by the government. Your savings in the bank will all be confiscated by the government to be used as money to fund ongoing wars that will break out in the next few years and decades.
America is also in a massive debt crisis and is now looking at China and the European Union in what to do next. Possibly in the coming years, America will also implement the digital currency system and confiscate your savings to fund the endless wars.
Meanwhile, in Biblical terms this scanning of foreheads and palms for the ability to buy or sell something is a very telling sign of the end times.
